USA pours wrath on Italy to advance to World Cup semis

Team USA made sure to bounce back in a strong fashion as it crashed Italy, 100-63, at the Mall of Asia Arena on Tuesday, September 5 to advance to the FIBA Basketball World Cup semifinals.

After starting flat against the Lithuanians that resulted into a 104-110 loss in the second round last Sunday, the Americans made sure to jump on the Italians this time to dominate for the rest of the quarterfinal match.
