ILAGAN CITY: The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) distributed cacao livelihood kits to beneficiaries in three Isabela towns, namely Ramon, Echague and Jones, to boost the cacao industry in the province.

AIDING CACAO INDUSTRY The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Region 2, through the DTI Isabela Provincial Office, awards cacao livelihood kits to beneficiaries who completed the Good Agricultural Practices on Cacao Farming Training.
