BUDGET authorities have earmarked P822.2 billion of the proposed P5.768 trillion 2024 National Expenditure Program for the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to ramp up infrastructure development.
In a statement, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) said that its budget for 2024 could help fulfill the government's 8-Point Socioeconomic Agenda by generating employment opportunities and lowering transportation and logistics expenses under the Build Better More Program.
