House panel holds 30-min budget hearing for Office of the President – and that's it

IT took the House of Representatives' Committee on Appropriations on Tuesday 30 minutes to deliberate on the budget of the Office of the President before terminating it as part of its ' longstanding tradition and practice to extend parliamentary courtesy.'

After Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin's opening statement, Abra Rep. Ching Bernos moved to terminate the briefing.
