IT feels like just yesterday when the Covid-19 pandemic profoundly impacted all of our lives, confining us to the safety of our homes. And now, remarkably, we find ourselves back in the midst of the rapid pace of life. Although a little over a year has passed since quarantine protocols were relaxed, I can't help but notice that the energy I had conserved during those pandemic-induced moments of isolation has already dissipated.
