A memorable birthday for 'Saint' Dwight

(UPDATE) WITHOUT a doubt, Gilas Pilipinas forward Dwight Ramos had one memorable birthday following a 96-75 win by the Nationals over China in the FIBA World Cup classification stage on Saturday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

As the crowd of more than 11,000 sang 'Happy Birthday' it was one for the books for Ramos, who turned 25.
