BACOLOD CITY: Himamaylan City Mayor Raymund Tongson has offered a P200,000 reward for anyone who gives information that could lead to the identification and arrest of the killer of Antonio Tobias, 67, a widower who was shot dead in Aguisan village on Wednesday night.
Tobias, a tricycle driver, was on a Ford Everest driven by Cesar Buenaventura, a local contractor, when he was shot by a male gunman who fired three times at them.
