THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Monday that it is closely monitoring cloud formations that may develop into a low pressure area (LPA).
"We are closely monitoring these cloud clusters that are forming over the eastern section and we are not ruling out the possibility that it will develop into an LPA in the next few days," weather specialist Obet Badrina said.
