The death toll from days of torrential rain spawned by typhoons Goring and Hanna that enhanced the southwest monsoon has climbed to two, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said Sunday. One was reported missing.
The agency however did not mention the cause of death. One of the fatalities was a resident of the Cordillera Administrative Region.
