(UPDATE) AFTER the Department of Justice (DoJ) ordered the suspension of the revised guidelines for international-bound Filipino passengers, the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT), followed suit.
The IACAT held a meeting on Saturday to address concerns on the "2023 Revised IACAT Guidelines on Departure Formalities for International-Bound Filipino Passengers," which incurred the ire of netizens.
