Tropical depression tracked by Pagasa

(UPDATE) THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said it is monitoring cloud clusters that may form into a low pressure area within 24 hours and eventually into a tropical depression over the weekend.

A tropical depression is considered the first stage of a tropical weather event.
