THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) on Friday said it has received reports that one person was killed in Western Visayas as a result of the effects of the southwest monsoon enhanced by two weather disturbances, Tropical Cyclones "Goring" and "Hanna."
In its updated situational report, the NDRRMC also said it is validating the report.
