FOOD and beverage staples dominate the top 10 fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brands preferred by Filipinos, data and analytics firm Kantar said on Friday.

A yearlong Brand Footprint study that ended October last year and involved 5,000 households, Kantar said, found the Lucky Me instant noodle brand as the top choice, having been purchased by 98.9 percent or around 27.4 million shoppers.
