ACEN unit, HK firm form joint venture

A WHOLLY owned ACEN Corp. subsidiary has formed a joint venture with a Hong Kong-based firm to develop greenfield solar energy projects in Taiwan.

The Ayala-led energy firm said in a filing on Friday that ACEN Renewables International Pte. Ltd. (ACRI) and Silverwolf Capital Ltd. signed a shareholder's agreement on August 31 for their joint venture platform, ACEN-Silverwolf Pte. Ltd.
