BACOLOD CITY: Mayor Alfredo Abelardo "Albee" Benitez is looking into "radical solutions" to the bugging flooding problems of Bacolod.
In a meeting with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), City Engineers Office (CEO) and other city officials on Wednesday, Benitez said the rainfall that hit Bacolod in the last three days was recorded at 38 millimeters that affected the entire city.
