THE Manila Electric Company (Meralco) said Thursday that it is ready to immediately respond to power outages that may result from the monsoon rains.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported that the southwest monsoon or habagat is being enhanced by several storms inside or near the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
