15 killed in Quezon City fire

(UPDATE) AT least 15 people were killed in a fire that broke out in a house that had reportedly been converted into a shop for making T-shirts in Quezon City on Thursday morning.

Initial reports showed the fire started around 5:50 a.m. at a residential area in Barangay Tandang Sora and was controlled past 8 a.m.
