BUDGET Secretary Amenah Pangandaman said on Thursday that P12.919 billion had been earmarked for the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged Workers (Tupad) program in next year's budget to bolster job creation.
In a statement, Pangandaman said the Livelihood and Emergency Employment Program of the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) would be getting P16.4 billion, from which the P12.92 billion for the Tupad Program would be sourced.
