THE Philippine Red Cross (PRC) said on Wednesday that the agency has sent roofing materials for the immediate repair of schools affected by Typhoon "Egay" in Cagayan province.
"PRC is truly stretching its efforts. I personally directed my teams to send help to Calayan Island right away, so that children could resume classes at the soonest possible time," said PRC chairman and CEO Dick Gordon.
