AT least 250 job seekers were lucky to have been given either employment or livelihood prospects as the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) launched the World Café of Opportunities (WCO) at CityMall Tarlac on the occasion of its 29th anniversary.
A total of 15 companies from different sectors, including construction, tourism, agriculture, manufacturing, information technology and business process management, joined the job fair held as part of the celebration of National Technical Vocational (tech-voc) Day and the 29th anniversary of Tesda.
