Speaker Romualdez designated Negros Oriental 3rd District caretaker

THE House of Representatives in its plenary session on Wednesday designated Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez as the legislative caretaker of Negros Oriental's third district.

The House adopted the Committee on Ethics and Privileges' recommendation to expel Arnolfo 'Arnie' Teves Jr.
