Pasay police chief commends enforcer for tackling rider in latest viral video

ANOTHER policeman was caught on video by a motorist, this time, wrestling a motorcycle rider in Makati with two guns in his hand.

Col. Froilan Relenas Uy, Pasay City police chief, said the video making rounds on social media was taken last Friday.
