A first alarm has been raised in the areas surrounding the Marikina River after its water level rose to 15.7 meters on Thursday noon, according to the city's Public Information Office in a Facebook post.
It said that all dam gates have been opened although the current level nears 16 meters after which a second alarm will be raised.
