'International cooperation crucial to stop illegal cigarette trade'

INTERNATIONAL and regional cooperation is crucial to stop illicit cigarette trading, government officials and regulators in the country said, Wednesday.

The revenue losses of the government has reached about P30 billion annually, due to tobacco smuggling, as shown in the data from the National Tobacco Administration (NTA).
