The diverse Viva Group of Companies is set to open its biggest branch of Japan's iconic Boteyju restaurant today in Antipolo. As always, the event will not stop at serving delicious and authentic dishes originating from the Land of the Rising Sun's food capital, Osaka, but the night will also see top-notch entertainment from endless Viva Music recording artists in support of the much-loved del Rosario family of Philippine Entertainment.

Born in 1946, Boteyju has been cooking up authentic fare and continues to serve innovative dishes as well. In fact, it was the one that introduced okosoba, which is also known as 'modern-yaki,' a fusion of two popular Japanese favorites, yakisoba, and okonomiyaki. Its extensive menu has something for all discerning foodies, from noodle dishes like udon and ramen to modern-yaki.
