A GOVERNMENT-ACADEME consortium pointed out the need to elevate Filipino talent and ensure that they maintain their competitive advantage on the global stage.

According to the Government Academe Industry Network (GAIN), labor has been the country's biggest and most reliable export that has brought in billions of dollars to the Philippine economy for the past few years, based on Bureau of Investment (BOI) data.
