THE Bulacan State University Board of Regents (BulSU-BOR) chaired by Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) commissioner Ronald Adamat has elected Dr. Teody San Andres as its fourth president on August 25, 2023.
The BulSU-BOR), the highest policy-making body of the university, selected San Andres among two other presidential candidates Dr. Reynold Campo and Dr. Marwin Dela Cruz.
