WASHINGTON, D.C.: The Pentagon plans to field thousands of drones within the next two years to help counter China's numerical edge in personnel and military hardware, a senior United States defense official said Monday.
Beijing's main advantage is "mass: More ships. More missiles. More people," Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks told a military technology conference in Washington, D.C.
