THE Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Albay provincial office, in partnership with the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos South Luzon, emphasized that integrating the halal industry to the province's micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is beneficial to the growth of halal products.
The DTI reported on Tuesday that the provincial office conducted a halal business conference last week that aimed to promote the halal industry to MSMEs, also as a support to the tourism industry.
