This was articulated by The Manila Times Chairman Emeritus Dr. Dante A. Ang in his opening remarks at the maiden presentation of the 'Tribute to Soldiers' awarding ceremony at the Manila Hotel on Monday night as the nation commemorated National Heroes Day.
