Metrobank, GT foundations award grants to partner orgs

METROBANK Foundation Inc. (MBFI) and GT Foundation Inc. (GTFI) on Tuesday awarded P40 million worth of grants to 32 organizations in support of their development initiatives.

MBFI and GTFI — the family foundation of the late Metrobank Group Chairman George S.K. Ty — said the grants aimed to engage partnerships and empower communities by responding to the needs of the underserved.
