Maharlika Fund rules released

THE implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of the Maharlika Investment Fund (MIF) Act of 2023 have been released and will take effect next month, Finance Secretary Benjamin Diokno said on Tuesday.

'IRR will be effective on 12 September 2023, 15 days after publication,' Diokno said in a message to reporters.
