MJC fined for late report submission

MANILA Jockey Club (MJC) on Tuesday said it had been fined by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the late filing of its 2022 Annual Report.

'Please be informed that on August 25, 2023, Manila Jockey Club Inc. received a letter from the SEC, directing the company to pay the penalty of P156,500.00 for the non-filing of the Annual Report 2022 within the prescribed due date,' MJC said in a disclosure.
