BACOLOD CITY: Victorias Milling Company (VMC) said it will begin accepting sugarcanes for milling starting at 7 a.m. on Wednesday.
"We will stand by our commitment to join all sugar industry stakeholders to open the milling season on September 1," VMC president Linley Retirado said.
