Over 1K policemen to secure Bicol BSKE

LEGAZPI CITY: Over 1,000 policemen were deployed in the six provinces in Bicol region as the filing of certificates of candidacy for Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) kicked off on Monday here.

BGen. Westrimundo Obinque, Philippine National Police (PNP) Bicol regional director, said that at least 1,428 personnel and augmentation force from the Philippine Army and other government forces were deployed as the BSKE period started.
