AT the Ceremonial Hall in Malacañan Palace, around 40 newly promoted military officials from the Philippine Army, Philippine Navy and Philippine Air Force were sworn in by President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. last June 19, 2023.

The newly promoted officers swore to continue toiling for the security that was the bedrock of growth for the country and the citizenry. To lay the foundations that allowed the building of a better tomorrow, the military officials promised to protect the nation and its citizens from the destabilizing forces and other elements that were counterproductive to progress.
