FORT RAMON MAGSAYSAY, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija: Local officials in this city and Mega Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (MDATRC) have a piece of advice to candidates who are going to file their certificates of candidacy from Aug. 28 to Sept. 2, 2023, for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) in October this year.
"Candidates must have learned a lesson in the past and must take a drug test now before they can even hope to take part in the coming BSKE," Dr. Nelson Dancel, MDATRC medical chief, said over the weekend.
