BAGUIO CITY: Mayor Benjamin Magalong noted a marked improvement in the way residents manage their garbage but said much still needs to be done to make the Summer Capital clean and orderly.
"Compared to the previous years, we have seen a big improvement in the way people dispose of their garbage lately," said Magalong. "I know that it cannot be done overnight and we are happy that people are slowly but surely adopting a change of mindset."
