BACOLOD CITY: A fire burned down the clinic building and damaged the raw sugar warehouse of Victorias Milling Company (VMC) in Victorias City, Negros Occidental, Sunday evening, August 27.
Initial reports indicate that the fire started at the clinic and spread to the warehouse, destroying the sugar stock inside.
