"Please be informed that the board of directors of BDO Unibank Inc. approved the declaration of regular cash dividends on common shares of the bank in the amount of P0.75 per share for the third quarter of 2023 payable on Sept. 29, 2023 to all stockholders of record as of Sept. 12, 2023," the bank said in a filing on Friday.
The source of dividend payments will be "surplus profits of the bank as of Dec. 31, 2022, "net of previously issued dividends less capital adjustments per relevant regulations."
