VICE President Sara Duterte on Wednesday attended the graduation rites of female inmates of the Manila City Jail who finished their education — 166 for junior high and 54 for elementary — through the Department of Education's Alternative Learning System.
"I urged them to continue living with hope," Duterte said in a social media post, noting that the inmates' graduation was proof of their determination to change their lives for the better.
