Italpinas eyes P1.2-B project in Mindanao

ITALPINAS Development Corp. (IDC) is planning to embark on another mixed-use development in Mindanao on Thursday, announcing that subsidiary IDC Prime Inc. had signed a joint venture agreement for a mixed-used project in Cagayan de Oro.

'On August 23, 2023, IDC Prime Inc. signed a joint venture agreement with Ms. Gilda Go for the development of the latter's property consisting of 6,790 square meters, located at Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City into a mixed-use project,' IDC said in a disclosure.
