THE Department of Science and Technology and DoST's Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) were recognized as an outstanding gender-responsive agency, and an exemplary gender and development transformation focal point system (GADtimpla AlaGAD) at the 14th anniversary celebration of the Magna Carta of Women and the GADtimpala 2023 awarding ceremony at Samsung Hall, SM Aura Premier, Taguig City.
