Art competition 'Kulay Sa Tubig' celebrates 35th edition

KULAY Sa Tubig, the country's prestigious watercolor competition, recently celebrated its 35th edition and showcased the best aquarelle artists who competed for the highest recognition using the most difficult medium.

The event was held at the Mega Fashion Hall of SM Megamall and was well attended by art lovers, collectors and artists alike.
