(UPDATE) THE Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) announced on Wednesday that the wake for the late Secretary Susan 'Toots' Ople will be held in Chapel 1 of the Heritage Memorial Park in Taguig City from August 23 until August 29.

In lieu of flowers, Ople's family said donations to the Blas F. Ople Policy Center and Training Institute Inc. would be greatly appreciated.
This way, Secretary Ople's advocacy for migrant workers rights and welfare can continue and flourish, the family said.
