TO motivate students to strive for excellence, the University of Saint Louis (USL) in Tuguegarao City awarded two of its topnotchers with recognition and cash incentives.
In its Facebook post, USL said the university shone a spotlight on the latest batch of Louisian board topnotchers for the Academic Year 2022-2023 during the short-term commencement exercises on August 12, 2022 at the James Ter Meer Gymnasium.
