THE New Era University Alternative Learning System (NEU-ALS), in cooperation with the Department of Education (DepEd), held the 15th Annual Graduation Ceremonies for the District of Manila at the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) Museum on August 13, 2023, with Lea Faa, education coordinator and OIC ALS supervisor of DepEd-Manila, according to university secretary Erwin Daniel Briones.

This year's theme was 'NEU-ALS Graduates: Kailangan Tayong Sumampalataya, Magtiwala at Umasa sa Magagawa ng Diyos sa Atin' ('NEU-ALS Graduates: We need to Believe in, Trust in, and Rely on what God Can Do for Us').
