BulSU, PRC vow to build globally competitive professionals

THE Bulacan State University (BulSU) has inked a memorandum of agreement (MoA) on building globally competitive registered professionals with the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC).

The MoA signing held at the BulSU E-Library Function Hall was led by BulSU President Dr. Cecilia Navasero-Gascon, Executive Vice President and Graduate School Dean Dr. Teody San Andres, PRC Regional Director Paul Aban and PRC Supervising Professional Regulations Mary Elaine Espela.
