(UPDATE) STA. ROSA, Laguna: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has joined Filipinos in mourning the passing of Migrant Workers Secretary Maria Susan 'Toots' Ople, calling it 'a great loss for all of us.'

Ople, who had been battling breast cancer, died on Tuesday afternoon at 61.
