Comelec to impose BSKE money ban

(UPDATE) THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) said on Tuesday that it will impose a 'money ban' for the upcoming Barangay (Village) and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE).

Comelec Chairman George Garcia said that carrying and transporting P500,000 in cash are prohibited five days before and on election day.
